  For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in all Women's Restrooms throughout the property.


• Event & Meeting Spaces
  The Oak Court Mall offers flexible space for meetings and events. Call 901-677-0862 to book your meeting or event.


• First Aid
  First-aid assistance can be provided at the Security Office. In the event of an emergency please dial 911. AED devices are located at in the Security Office.


• Food Court
  Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack or meal at the Food Court located on the Lower Level, just below the entrance to Macy's


• Handicap Accessible
  Our property offers accessibility for our guests needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are located at all Mall entrances. Accessible restrooms are located in all men's and women's restrooms throughout the mall.


• Kiddie Rides
  Let your little one enjoy a ride on our Kiddie Rides, located in the Food Court.


• Lost & Found
  If you misplace an item, please contact our security office at 901.656.9067


• Non-Smoking
  Oak Court Mall is a non-smoking property, however designated smoking areas are located outside of most mall entrances.


• Parking Garage
  Find a covered parking spot easily in one of the parking garages located off both Poplar and Southern Avenues. Parking at Oak Court Mall is always FREE!


• Security
  Shop with peace of mind knowing our Mall Security is here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you need to contact Security at any time during your visit, please Guest Services or call 901-656-9067.


• Vending Machines
  Grab a cold drink from one of the Coca-Cola vending machines located throughout the property.


• Wheelchairs
  If you are in need of a wheelchair during your visit, please find one of our security officers for assistance. Wheelchairs are complimentary but require a valid driver’s license upon pick up.
